About
Prof. Miriam Erez is an active Professor Emeritus in organizational psychology and management at the Faculty of Data and Decision Sciences, Technion, and Founder and Chair of the Knowledge Center for Innovation. Her research spans Work Motivation, Cross-Cultural and Global Organizational Behavior, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship. A recipient of the 2005 Israel Prize, she has published over 120 articles, authored and edited multiple books, and mentored more than 110 graduate students.
